Location is good, stuff was very nice.

I got flea bites from the stay, all over my arms. You can literally hear everything from next door. Very disturbing during night.

TV in the bathroom is noisy and starts automatically. AC is hard to set.

It was a nice and comfortable room with everything I needed.

I really dislike self check in machines. The location is mostly good, but the mrt stations are not close. For the price, a room with a tile floor is a little cheap but the room is mostly comfortable.

It’s comfortable and near to the metro station, the area is good.

The old lady, the receptionist, is rude and not friendly; she doesn't provide a service-oriented attitude toward the guests. She starts arguments with them.

Great budget hotel, facilities are good and well-maintained ?

A little bit hard to navigate to at first especially if you take the wrong exit in Zhongshan MRT. Needs getting used to.

Close to MRT, clean room, self check-in and check-out, nice interior, good aircon, smart toilet.

Room was as expected. Looks clean and nice except the terrible smells of perfumes..

The perfume was terrible. No reason to spray perfume in the room. I changed the pillows but did not help. They must not use perfume to cover up unwanted smells in the room. It caused me headaches and a sleepless night. I left the window and the door opened. It helps slightly.

The location way perfect for our stay, you can manage everything by foot or MRT. Also the staff way very helpfull.

You can hear everything from other rooms.

Perfect stay ! Nice and lively neighbourhood, lots of bars and restaurants, bus and MET close ! Nice park just next too.The staff was really nice and helpful, all clean, nice room, i could even let my luggage for the day after the checkout !Thank you !

The most terrible thing is the room vanity basin HAS NO HOT WATER fitted, the room said it is for disable people with mobility issue. I had to use cold water to wash my face, clean my teeth every day. Contacted the Reception, it stated all the single rooms were like that, no fitting hot water in vanity basins. Don't understand why?

The room had no windows and no sound proof walls! I could hear everything from next rooms and on top of that neighbors were renovating apartments upstairs and they were banging since 7am. Room was dark, no fresh air, housekeeping was changing towels everyday but not toilet paper. Person who was staying in the other room was calling everyday to our room at 1am to order a taxi. No one was at reception so everyone was lost

The rooms were very noisy! I had room 255 and I could hear my neighbours having loud phonecalls untill 0130hours. So it was impossible to get some sleep at night. In the morning construction begon at the floor underneath so my sleep was very limited. Also the climate control was hard to adjust as it was completely in Chinese. Too bad about those negative aspects as other then this the hotel was just fine.

Located on a quiet street right, but in a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Room was small but bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom had no windows, but there was a special ventilation system that kept the rooms clean and dry. Bathroom was very spacious, equipment was in good condition and worked well. There were lots of automation features for lights, taps, flush, etc. There was a kettle/tea/coffee in the room, and the minifridge contained water and a soda. Unlike other reviewers, I did not experience any disturbance from other guests/rooms. Beyond the lobby, there is a dining area with tea/coffee facilities and cookies. Presumably guests can eat their take-away food there. On New Year's Eve, I received a little gift of cookies and sweets, which was a nice touch!

Even though there is a permanent front desk which seems to be staffed around the clock, they insist on self-check-in and self-check-out through a kiosk in the lobby and they do not accept luggage for storage after check-out. Bathroom lacked towel rails and clothes hooks.

Location was very good, room was very clean, and staffs were very helpful and friendly!

Staff were excellent. Nice shower and bath tub.

The building looks like an old industrial building and walls are paper thin.

Bathrooms are awesome and the room is very clean.

A really great hotel right in the heart of Taipei! The rooms are very clean and the personel was kind and helpful. They offer early-check-in as well for a reasonable price.

A bit hard to find (you need to use an elevator, which is situated in an open corridor, but there is a big sign on the building, just head for that).
